Scooter rental towns in Isaan?

My wife and I are going to spend Nov.8-26 in Isaan, our hope is to initially get to Korat and rent a 150cc or larger scooter to site see in that area.

We prefer going to a new town by bus and getting good scooters in each town rather that lo
