Evidently you overcame a modification I'm in the middle of now (R1 shock on a lowered Versys). I would be very interested in your end game, like what spring did you use & did you find it locally? Also, how much of that tab above the shock did you have to shave?

Great bike but i don’t like the Anakee 3 thats on mine..I noticed you had the Pirelli Scorpion trail. How do u rate those? Have u any other favourite tires for the V-Strom? Cheers, Keith
