unfortunately this hotel/resort/guesthouse no exist anymore - there was a flooding last year or before!!!
there is another guesthouse nearby - just 1 minute from the river! - here you have the photos incl. the phone-numbers - only lao-speaking - no english!
the correct phone-numbers in march 2018 are.
020 29112929 or 030 4559719 - mrs. or mr. BIEYJITH - the phone-numbers on the hotelsign are not valid anymore!

we paid 150'000 KIP incl. breakfast....room only 80'000 KIP!
