Kawasaki logo?

I've seen this logo in connection with Kawasaki in the seventies.
Was it Kawasaki's racing department logo?
Or has it nothing to do with Kawasaki?
It may have looked a bit different than in my quick drawing.
Has anybody seen it and knows what it is?

It looks like it goes to the original merger of Meguro and Kawasaki.

Thanks for the info! Seems like this logo was Kawaski's logo from '61 - '67 when they produced bikes designed by Meguro. In '68 they came out with their then new 500cc two-stroke triple and dumped the logo.
Don't know how I came to remember it!
