Whats the best method to bring your bike from thai to your country? which company will held a parcell is there any limitations or fees (vat refund better :) )

and is there a method to buy a bike wich not yet registered in thailand (i mean for less price than msrp in shops? i've heard that kawasaki's factory is situated in some neutral territorry so bikes gets obleged with local taxes, which may be can be reduced if buying straight from factory?
 
not possible sorry Thai regulation means no Tax free sales possible and when you export to home country u will be hit for import duties etc its not worth the hassle
 
then anyone interested in 250 klx ? bought in december 2010.... or sell price possibilities?
