My CRF, laundry drying on the back; you know where.
Out on the 1148 in Nan Province a few weeks ago on my Honda NC750X.....................................2nd photo is riding the 1148 with DKT Dave on his Kawasaki Versys 650 
My CRF again, outside the Caltex Meeting Point Cafe, KM14, Hwy 321 near Kamphaeng Saeng. Those kindly folks mailed me a costly phone charger I'd forgotten there.
One year ago today
I joined the Big Bike Tours with Friends for a 5 days away, Noah led the group and took us some back roads from Chiang Mai to Sukathai, then Udon Thani, over to Loei, and then Nan and then back home to Chiang Rai, we had a great time
In the 1st photo, 3rd bike in is big Dave Carrell (RIP), one of his last rides in Thailand

Around Fang and Chiang Dao start already the fog.The ranger control us if we have the permit for the area ...November 2021.The raining season in North Thailand this year no want to finish.

Here I am really on tour with my scooter trip of 1000 km last week because I just finish to fix my bike 2 days ago.
For Christmas and Happy new year songkran from 30 years until now we watch many time on tv happen expecially in the bus station of the capital they show the police use also the dog.
This never happen to me apart one ceck point for enter Singapore of 5 hours one time .....

transported the mighty drz by pick up to Phitsanoulok.
then two up to Phrae for a farmer shack camping, a nice homestay in Nan, then all the way up from Sapan to the end of the road with magnificent view after some funky hillclimbs, Phu Chifah, riverview along the mekhong just outside Chiang Khong, tonight relax and shopping in chiang Rai.

Sametimes I think why I never do trip around the world and now is too late for do it because the world changed.
One bycicle was enalfh for do it before,I hate my self because I never do.
Today already 17 years from the tsunami in Phuket memory are in my head all the friend they pass away at better life.
With them we have the same passion for the bike for the small bike what all people in Thailand normally have or use.
In the past all bike in Thailand was imported bike and last 10 years many factory start to produce inside the country and the price list became more affordable.
After 48 hours from when the tsunami happen we escape in Chiang rai
In kao lak we get the real situation of the gravity because in Kamala beach where we was at the mosque have about 30 body of people die.
In kao lak the situation was much worst
and I decided to go away from andaman sea direction Surat Thani.
Direction of Bangkok was full of truck of Thai army drive direction south.
We escape from Phuket because after 48 hours without electricity without take a shower scare epidemic,the television all around the world strart to come interview the people on the beach and no power anymore for continue to enjoi life at that time.
Confusion just arrive at Phuket one week before happen,come from Chiang rai and just spend 3 week in Cina Yunnan with fly Chiang Mai Kunming and trip with bus Dali Liljang Zongdian.
Yunnan is beautiful look like Swiss with big mountain with snow lake and nice panorama.
But really cold in November.
With others closed friend we was talking about the future and we was thinking at this time Myanmar open the border and we will must to be there today to sky at the mountain and enjoi snow.
Civil war make all this complicated at this days a lot of Myanmar people across the border to Thailand for escape.
Year 2004 one article from Phuket gazzette talking about same story at that time.
Was a local newspaper exit one time a week before everythink became digital.
At page 10 and 11 talk about crazy bikers of Thailand.
I feel I am a small Forrest gump
