Thanks for a great ride, everyone! I really enjoyed the riding and the company!
I had lots of fun on the first real outing of the Versys. As I've told everyone already, she handled great, much easier, and surprisingly different from the ER-6n - not in a bad way though. More low RPM torque and more forgiving handling is traded for less HP and lower top end. It's a sensible trade-off - at the same time you can feel those 7HP missing more than I thought.
Ian, thanks for the fantastic barbie - it was awesome. My wife loved the Thai food which is a huge compliment. And my little boy, well you can imagine what happens when you put a 3 year old in little boy's paradise... little Ian was all too happy to show him all the attractions too _and_ sold him on a 20 baht car shooting! Delightful little boy, I am looking forward to coming again. There must be some GT rider Go Kart races no? I've never even done it so I am sure I'd mostly hit the walls but it looked so much fun...
