super-simple way to derestrict Kawa 250 single (?)

Please tell me what type of wire and where to get it in Thailand. I have a 2014 model D TRACKER. I just brought. I will do this while I wait for 300cc upgrade.
I are in Pattaya.

just an inch length of plastic sheathed single strand copper electrical wire , a few mm's thick.
