What a gorgeous day to start. 10 am meeting at the Shell Gas station on Huay Keaw Road.
Today I had the pleasure to ride with some new off road talents and we had a lot of fun.
On board of our mission, new member Felix (off-road experience close to zero), Andi (experienced road racer) and last not least Bug (desert veteran, who collected some experience in the Sahara)
Not too sure what to expect, we started an exciting tour of all in all 150 km's off-road and maybe another 60 or so tarmac.
Felix struggled a little here and there, but for the very first time that was quiet impressive.
The team was in good shape and except some minor fall overs and rollovers we had some great time.
Most of the time I was shooting vdo footage and only at the last stage I decided to let the photo camera shoot some random pictures.
Back on the tarmac we were chasing each others and enjoyed the sun going down behind the mountains of Mae Rim. Shortly after that we had a few drinks at the X-center before returning home to Chiang Mai.
We were lucky not to be in the middle of the big shower but still could see the traces of the rain.
