Does anyone know whether the 3091 from the 323 is tarmac and passable if not? Also the 6043 which skirts the western edge of the Sarinagarind Dam Reservoir, heading south

It is tarmac to the viewpoint near the old mine. Then dirt to a few km south of the ferry. During dry season an older smaller 2wd car can do it (or a late-model 4wd) I rode it in early april, dusty as ---

3091 is tarmac from 323 to the viewpoint, then dirt (mostly quite wide) and no internet signal.
The road signage was poor in april, although better than a few years ago.
There is one good shortcut on this dirt road too, which can be seen on a map.
Then one km before the ferry you turn right, still dirt, but not long until good tarmac starts. This is a good bike road, all the way down to Erawan.
