I have a 6 yr Old Centaur CT 400, which up to 6 months ago performed very well(20,000km).
Since that time it has definite "knock" between 3,000 and 3,500rpm. I have had the dealer look at it, his machanic stripped the top end and clutch down, did not find anything suspicious. I too stripped it completely examined every bearing and gear for wear, nothing! Still doing It
It does not do it when cold only when the motor has warmed UP
It is a fuel injected bike.
Any ideas guys it is driving me bonkers
