Finally back on the road 30 March 2019.

Patched up on the cheap with 2nd hand plastic parts sourced from various places.

Next step to install new fork tubes, acquire & wire up the electrical accessories plus re-sticker the bike like new again.

Good to see everything falling into place after 10 weeks ;-)

Thanks Peter. You were an absolute star picking me up in LPQ, delivering me and the bike to Cnx, and then driving straight back to Nong Khai via Laos the next day. What an awesome performance.

Well, what are friends for ....... was my great pleasure and hope to do some other trips with less bulky cargo in the back - anytime soon ;-)

For repairs to any type of plastic this stuff is GREAT
Wave hit my plastic bumper cover. Used this the first time as a test - works really well. 3 years of banging around and still firmly attached.
