honda cush drive rubbers, where to buy?

OK guys i need to get hold of the following part number.
its the cush drive rubbers for a Honda CBR250 which are also
the same as the XL/XR 250 etc. PART NUMBER 41241-kb7-000
if you know where i can get it in Thailand,would be much appreciated.
