Good Mechanic in Vientaine (Loas)

I need a good mechanic with tools to remove a broken bolt in Vientaine.

ie. dethreading drill bit with left hand thread and drill. Possibly a threading machine as well.

The bolt was holding part of my rear luggage rack on my GS and it snapped
