Many of you, who know us, know that we closed our Mon and Kurt's Restaurant, down on the highway. We decided to sell food from our property instead. Mon still has a good variety of both delicious Thai and Western Food available. We also serve beer, wines and spirits, coffee, etc.
Our property is located less than four blocks from the old highway, in Baan Si Saat, Chiang Dao. GPS coordinates 19°23'32"N 98°58'03"E
We also have a campground now, as well as a one bungalow, that is sometimes available for rent.
Call us before you plan to stop by, please, as we are both riders, too and are not home every day. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Phone 099-5797392.
For now, we will be open until February 12th. After that, we might close temporarily again, spend some time on the beach and then go back to Canada for six months.
If you want to spend the night, we give special rates to riders. 100 Baht per person, if you bring your own tent and sleeping gear, 200 Baht or more, if you use one of our tents plus extra fees for pillows, blankets, etc., which are always cleaned after every use. All include hot showers, western style toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc.
When you get to the top of our property, you will see a big red and white sign that says "Paradise Hill. Ride down the driveway, that has a picture of Mon and I by the road and stay to your right. You will see our place. Cheers
