Exhaust Pipe Fabrication In Chiang Mai

I'm tired of the exhaust melting holes in bags on my 2013 CB500XA, I want to find someone who can make a pipe that will lower the exhaust by a few inches (using a steel strap/bar to connect to the mount on the passenger peg strut). I simply want to change the exhaust angle, am not interested in adapters that will divert the exhaust as they will not work on the aftermarket silencer.
Any recommendations?
