As everybody knows, i love good food and drinks. In small hotels the offered "coffee" is solely this awful instant concoction i dare not call coffee at all.
Found some useful handy coffeemachine on LAZ for around THB 2,300.- which can run both on 220V or ciggie plug 12V (hot) or on USB power (only cold).
Can be used with the big DOLCE GUSTO capsules as with the small standard NES ones and can also be used with ground coffee. Included is a hard case, PVC cup, cables, inserts for capsules/coffee and a foldable stand.
As i only use 220V and big capsules i keep the rest home but added a porcelain cup as it is higher and avoids the machine to tip forward and well, i am used to drink a coffee from a ceramic cup......
Water is filled on top and it takes some time to heat up but then one is awarded with a small mocca which tastes coffee and not crap.
Another important gadget is my small JBL Go3 speaker which connects via Bluetooth. Has next to no weight but enough punch to keep you entertained.
Swiss knife for quick repair to showerheads is also in my bag as is a charger for any mobile, the JBL and a mobile torch.
Another hard bag holds my USB charged tirepump which does fill up both tires without any problem or recharge.
Finally a good tirerepair kit with plugstrips, tools and tire cement.
And last but not least my MUFU V20S helmet camera which is also in a small case with charging cable. Got it with some discounts for just THB 4,500.- and never regretted buying it, has front and rear camera and records up to 3 minutes a film and once SD card is full, overwrites oldest files. I use an SD card with 128 GB.
Must admit that i am not a fan of all Digi crap but mobile and camera are always with me.
Hope this post gives some idea to some guys and making your trips more 'satisfying'. We wouldn't object to more quality on our trips, now wouldn't we 5555
