Joe's Cafe / Mama's Kitchen is a easy going expat hang out.

Open air, pool table,

friendly Kiwi management & a decent pizza for some hungry riders,

Expat Restaurant/Bar in Chum Phae. We went over lunchtime, food was good, atmosphere was friendly.
Mike is the new owner along with his Thai family, it's just been renovated

Popped out for my “ride round the block“ yesterday, it’s about 50k’s
I had seen a Coffee and Pastry Shop on the outskirts of town
There is also a little off licence attached to the Coffee Shop with some expensive wines and whiskyes amongst other things.
Worth a visit if you’re in the area

Nice open air atmosphere with Dada in attendance.

Live music & friendly service.

A return is well in order.

Proof Croissant Bakery.

A gem of a find. Open 3 months only. A basic minimalist cafe.

I was actually after a brekky, but they do croissants and coffee only.

No time for anything else, the young Russian owner told me- croissants only!

And I found them damn amazing, light & puffy just like they are supposed to be.

I was so impressed I pigged out a little & made it a bf anyway.

Highly recommended if you're travelling through Chumpae.
