I've seen this bike in orange, orange/black or all black - never in grey...
Do you know if that's the stock paint job?
 
Sorry, dumb question - got carried away with looking at the pics; you stated that it's just been "respayed". They should have done the rims, too...
What means "due to odd colours"?
 
hi klaus,the odd colour before where green/black but in my green reg book it stated that the bike was silver/grey so thats why i had it respayed!, my plan was to go cross borders with this bike so wanted all papers in order!!, if the bike dosent sell, will chuck a load of money at it like spray rims,pipe,hoses the list could be endless on my rtn to asia!. thanks marcus

hi,i have been told that this bike can cross borders so i hope it should be ok!! and i think you will find most of the green books are recycled!, any way the bike as of tomorow will be at my mates shop, so pop down and ask questions, i hope they can help. piston shop chiang mai. cheers marcus.

Marcus is correct. There is no problem taking bikes with recycled books across the border. I have been across with mine many times. Many people on this board are doing the same thing without a problem.

well now back in the uk,just spent the day on my road bike and will spend tomorow on a xr250, flying round/over the lanes! but already missing the d-tracker!! it would be perfect for the tight litle twisties of somerset!!and in supermotard trim would handle better than my xr on motocross tyres!!

han my xr on motocross ,, HI MARCUS ,PICK YOURSELF UP A SET OF TALON WHEELS ( 18 AND 21 ) FROM ROB AT TALON IN YEOVIL ,STICK EM ON THE D TRACKER WHEN YOU GET BACK AND YOULL HAVE A GREAT BIKE FOR OFF ROADING OVER HERE ,..MUCH BETTER THAN AN XR250 ETC, I KNOW I HAD ONE BEFORE MY KTM525

hey thanks for the info! yep talon are just down the rd,my xr is holed up in ilminster just off 303!.If the d-tracker does not sell bye the time i come back out to asia will seriously consider some talons for the d-tracker,enjoy the ktm. marcus

BIKE NOW SOLD,just been mailed by nat at piston shop to say he has sold my bike! so big thanks to him and can only sing his praises again hope the new owner has fun!
