Bangkok Rider Killed in Xam Nua Laos.

It is with sadness that I report news of a rider killled in Xam Nua, N-E Laos a few days ago.
The accident happened before I arived in XAm Nua, but according to locals & the police he was an elderly rider of American nationality on a Bangkok register
