Rain X

Yes, but have not seen it over here.

I found something similar at Mr DIY but have only used it on my car, it has lasted months actually.

Here is a DIY instruction to make your own Rain X. We use it on the ships. Good for seawater and freshwater.
Jameson can be used if the shops are empty of IPA or rubbing alcohol.;)

Both the glass and plastic types are for sale on Lazada, There I've seen conflicting reviews for both, so wanted so see if anyone here had actually used it.

Hey Tom,

Rain X is great for Glass. As on your car or truck Windshield, Side windows and Mirrrors.

I would not apply it to a Face Shield. Turtle Wax, McQuires or Similar Canuba wax products will allow you to just briefly turn your head left and right to see clearly on your next encounter with riding in the rain.

I use 3M car wax as it seems to be readily available, and has not yellowed or hazzed any of my faceshields as of yet. : )

Cheers
