I will be in Asia next month and was planning on doing a trip to Ha Giang because I love taking pictures of colorfully dressed locals. I just realized that it will be too cold for my liking. Don't bother busting my chops about this as I grew up in Saskatchewan and am done with the cold. 
I already did the MHS loop (for the second time) this summer, so am wondering if there are any other spots in SEA with cool scenery and colorful folk that you can recommend?
