Yesterday, I made a tour up there on an old Honda Dream. Was invited by some hill tribe people.
(Man, the booze they brew is deadly. Like 85% proof and distilled from rice, but with an awful taste).

Hope to upload some photos.

Can recommend this area, some 5 hours from HANOI. (Would be nice to be able to upload photos...) Will try MY SHOEBOX.

Looks like you were with the Hmong.

Which route did you take? Any further photos as it looks quite a scenic run?
 
I recently visited Moc Chau the highway up there is beautiful to ride on, but im more into offroad so i found the old highway and took it

nice ride was mostly dirt road



there was an interesting stream there when i went that was coming out of the side of the mountain so one would think there must be a cave system behind it..
