Riding The 105 To Mae Sot

Hello GTR maestros....looking at the run from Mae Sariang to Mae Sot via the 105, estimated 230kms. What are the best road stops along the journey....coffee houses, juice bars, recommended visits or stays and estimated journey time....hotels/bars in Mae Sot. Could be a 2 night stop then to Sukhothai.
