Hello dear GT Riders,
I see on the GT Rider map a small road "4074" which seems to make the junction between Mae Kampong and Chaeson national park then the road 1252.
I thought that after the Mae Kampong waterfall the road was dead end ...
Is this road paved or not? if it's a dirt track, is this doable with a V-Strom in the dry season?
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience.
Good road to all.

If you are passing through the national park and not staying in the park, then let them know.
Chances are you wont have to pay just to go straight through.
However, all national parks have been making it more difficult lately, unfortunately.
If they insist you need to pay something, ask for the farang child rate.
Hopefully you can just pass through without issue though.
