Looking for my son's first Motorcycle

Hello again and this time from Kuala Lumpur, arrived a few days ago and are currently in quarantine. I am looking to buy my son who is 16 a used Cafe racer. can anybody recommend a place in KL?

I am looking for no more than a 250 cc he is a big boy 6 feet tall and has ridden scooters in Vietnam and a 1500 cruiser in the US
