My apologies to Esat who I hit during the morning practice- I didn't think we made hard contact but turns out I snapped off his left footpeg and sent him to the hospital for a possible broken foot...

Glad to hear you are ok Esat!

Let the Good Times ROLL!

Hey Tony - no worries and no need to apologize. After my leg is all healed up let's meet for a beer -or eight- so you can teach me about proper race lines :)

Luckily I did not break any bones and I have my next appointment with the doctor tomorrow to get rid of the cast. It's not fun but I am glad it is nothing more serious.

Oh and it gave me a reason to get a silly a Kawasaki green cast.

Hey Esat, sorry to see this but wishing you a speedy recovery. What bike were you on and did you marry any nurses while the Kawasaki cast was going on?

Thanks Ron. I was on my Versys. Such a great, stable bike. After the contact I was able to keep it under control and did not crash. My friend picked up the bike yesterday from Rama 9 service and they only changed the gear shifter that snapped off with the impact. With the 6,000 km service I paid around 3,000 baht.

For the nurses - do you know any hospital in CM with better looking nurses? :)

Nice pics Tony.. I am not confident or brave enough to race with you guys LOL.. Happy to take the ride down and watch the show.
All the best

Dear Esat,

My apology stands as it's the responsibility of the rider overtaking to avoid the rider being overtaken.

I'm just glad you are ok. Sorry again!

Seems full contact racing is in style these days ;-)
