help needed getting bike from China Laos border to Chiang Mai

Hi all, as the title says we have a BMW gs that will enter Laos on the 24th of July and we have to get it ftom the border to Chiang Mai. Not sure what is the easiest way? . Bike can be ridden it is roadworthy. The bike's owner had an accident in Chi
