August 2010, & a bit late, but just in, personally delivered, from one of the magazine editors & mates.

An amusing & interesting read, despite a couple of typos. But evidence that the old GT Rider is "a bit of a dinosaur" & has been around a long time riding the GT & Laos, long before many guys ever even thought of coming to Thailand or Laos to ride.

Good on you David, and good on Rewind Magazine for reminding us.

There is no doubt that you are the pioneering motorcyclist of North Thailand and Laos.
I still love looking at the Golden Oldies section at the photos of those early days. Oh yeah, and your more recent trips are pretty darn good as well.
