Sales manager and former racer Khun Channarong, Thai Stunt Team founder ePap and Rama 9 salesman Khun Noom took a pair of new 2013 Ninja 250R's to Bonanza for a test ride and photo shoot.

Thx tony, they look really nice bikes. Did you have a chance to test it too? The only real downside for the New Ninja 250 sales i think is that we know there is a new 300 Ninja out there. If we get it in thailand remains to be seen
 
Yes, it's a shame that most other markets get the cool new Ninja 300 while Thailand will be stuck with the new 250 at least until the end of this year, and quite possibly in 2013 as well...
 
Keen to know your first impressions about this bike. Intend to get a beginner bike for my sons by christmas. Should i wait for 4 months for the Ninja as they say ? Or shld i just get a CRF ? I know one thing for sure, the kids are going to enjoy riding either of them. Its just me facing this tough choice!
 
Same tyres as the CBR250 - 140 rear.

First thing I'd do is swap them for some Pirelli Sport Demons. :)

I tried many shops to get some Pirelli Sport Demons but in the end could only get Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2 tires......wow they are incredible!! 10/10 dry & 9/10 wet. :thumbup:

Either tire would be a very welcome upgrade over stock IRC's

Should be no problem with getting PSD - this is for the new 140 rear and not the 2008-12 ninja250 that had a 130 rear.

Brian at Honda Sumet has them for around 5,600 fitted and balanced.

For a kid's learner bike I'd choose the CRF250L- it's got a lot less power, is easier to ride and will cost a lot less to fix when it gets dropped. Reckon the kids will want the sexy looking sport bike though ;)
 
True. They sure will drop the bike while learning. IMO too a lighter bike wld be fun and easy to learn. Guess its going to be either a CRF or a KLX. Grrr... that too is a tough one. :confused:

Abt the new Ninja just wanted to know how the new Ninja performed with the new FI and other enhancements.
