I m looking for a download the registration papers ( motorbike ) for crossing the border to Laos. Where can I found it ?

I don't know where you are crossing, but I wouldn't worry to much about the papers. Customs is mostly computerized, and Immigration will either complete the papers for you or assist you in doing so. Not a big deal. At least this is how it is done in Chiang Khong.
