Do Cell Phone Holders For Handlebars Exist In Thailand?

Hi, I'm arriving in Chiang Rai on January 4th for two months and renting a bike, probably from ST again (3rd time doing so). This time, I plan to have a cell phone with GPS on it. Have you seen cell phone holders that mount on the handlebar (so I can minimize pulling over to peer at the map)?
