Hi all,

Looking to rent motorbike jacket and pants as riding the Mae Hong Son loop in December...got own helmets and bike sorted, just dont want to carry clothing around for weeks so renting is preferred option...do you know of any good places for such equipment.

For pants, an option would be ex-Army combat pants and you can usually find them in the local markets for between 120 - 200 baht a pair in a range of sizes. Stuff some knee protectors under them and off you go.....

Thanks for the feedback guys, rented motorcross pants and jackets in Hanoi for $5/day and were awesome and was hoping for something similar?? Will have to check it out when we get there, just hate lugging crap around we are only using for 3 days. Cheers Adam
 
yup...leather jacket from jonadda and xarmy pants would be ideal! I saw the pants Pikey used the last time...it looks ok when the knee pads are in place.
