Can one bring a 160cc Vietnam registered bike back into Vietnam?

In 2023 I bought a used Honda XR150 in Saigon, rode north, entered Laos, then Cambodia, and back into Vietnam, all without issue. I believe that 175cc is the max engine size limit in Vietnam before the "Big Bike" sales tax is imposed when purchasing
