So, after lots of speculation, there is now pics of BMW's new adventure/tourer using the stonking engine from the S1000RR. The naked version, the S1000R, has been getting rave reviews so I expect the S1000XR will do so too and will steal a few sales from the Multistrada for sure. I think the S1000R in Thailand is circa 830k baht so the German built S1000XR could come in at a similar price to the Thai assembled Multistrada, I know which I'd choose!
